I have a ls1 laying around that just needs reringed and valve train. It was out of my 99z untill I shatered the trans on the dragstrip. If I end up putting it in the k5 which electric cooling fans would I need, push or pull?

Flex-a-lite makes a good one. It is either the 210 or 220, one is a pusher the other a puller and they are twin 12" fans. Check summit racing for pricing and which is which.

You can run windstar fans, 3.8l taurus fans or even put a clutch fan on as well. Since you're parting out the Camaro you could pull the fan off of it.

I'm using fans from Ron Davis radiators. Pricey but they seem to handle the 100+ temperatures that we have here every day. I also have the Aluminum radiator and if I’m moving at all the fans never come on.
