I want to creat this myself. I was just wondering if these bends are perfectly flat. Or are the out side ones angle in or out? I'll draw something in paint to show what im talking about.

And no I'm not buying it as it cost more than my truck

First start with the A pillar in front. That is about 12" or so from the hood and everything works back from there. The only flat part I see is 6-7 inches at the top between bends.
Wondering, if you can't visualize it now how are you going to see it in your head to bend it?
If it is your first time bending, get extra!! I needed it.

I just go to the place that bends my race car cages. I'll make templates and they bend them to fit it.

Also you are misunderstanding the the question

Will the two side hoops [red] lay flat on the ground? I just don't want to get into those bends.
