TX Corporate 10 Bolt Front End for sale (Price idea)

This FE has been in the back of the M1009 for 20 years, my Dad believed it was a Dana 60...think its the 10 bolt. Any help with pricing this pig. UNK condition, been garage stored that whole time. What is a good DFW metroplex pick up price, or is it scrap?

Gear ratio is a big factor as is the condition of the internals. I would pull the cover and inspect.

A 6 lug 3.08 or 2.73 is hard to move. If it has any other ratio, it can pull 250 as a 6 lug axle.

Anybody coming to look at it will want to see inside. If it's full of rust or has chipped teeth, you've wasted both of your time. You will also get more traffic if there are pictures of the clean insides and stamping on the ring gear. Axles are notoriously not what the sellers say they are, whether condition, ratio, differential type or even model.

Its amazing how many "one ton axles" Ive seen that turn into an 8 lug 10 bolt and semi float 14 bolt once you get better pics or eyes on them....
