Cotton welding jacket?

I wear leather sleeves and welding gloves. It makes beads so much nicer since you're not screaming "OW, ****" from under your helmet every 30 seconds.

It wasn't the sparks it was the inevitable drip of melting polyurethane on the eyelid that sucked. And, now that you remind me, its all your fault!

Last friday and this monday it was all verticals or overhead on salt corroded steel on a semi trailer. A red hot blob to the inside of the thigh makde me jerk and try to sit upright...headfirst into a 3/4 inch diameter u bolt. Still not sure which hurt worse.

I did learn something though, headbutting solid steel weighing over 10,000 pounds hurts. I feel so much smarter and I didn't have to stay at a holiday inn
