Cracked T-case ????

Okay I know it sounds bad BUT...my NP241 has a hairline crack in it at the top of the rear case half, by the rear pump housing. It only leaks when I put it 4-WD. Other than replacing it what do you think to fix it. Everyone around hear says JB Weld it. The crack is about 2 inches long and smooth with no holes.
 
I'd agree. Just try JB Weld, and if it doesn't work you can go from there.

Not familiar with a 241, but if the rear case 1/2 supports any bearings and shaft, I would replace it. Then keep the JB welded case as a spare.
