I scored this one at an estate sale. Small casters but it rolls pretty good on my bumpy ass concrete driveway. I've had it for maybe 8 years. I always seem to lose sockets and bolts underneath it though haha.

I am good at destroying them also, breaking casters, having a transmission break through the plywood. Right now I don't even own one.
The problem I notice is changing directions if the caster doesn't swivel it gets a lot of side pressure. That's really hard on the smaller caster wheels.
I have stripped every barrel nut out on every creeper. Keep replacing them. Even went stainless steel on one. It stripped out the stud.
Saw that PF YouTube video when it came out. Was just going to recommend it also. I can’t remember my creeper brand but I hate the side rails and center wheels, always bumping them or the wheels rolling over my shirt. Never used the adjustable headrest either, stuck a screw in it. 
Yeah I screwed the head rest down flat on mine, I always leave the middle caster out, set aside to replace any failures on the corner casters.
