Crew cab. Use it or lose it.

Any pics of the rear of the console? Like the view from the back seat.

I have to much stuff in the back of the cab to get in there and take a photo.

One of tomorrow nights projects is to take an inventory of the parts collected for the build so I don't start ordering duplicates.

That translates into I have spent a crap load of money and have a ton of parts just waiting to get bolted up, am I close Kert? :D

Wife would say your spot on! I on the other hand would say I have been frugal and shopped wisely the last two years getting really good deals on a crap load of parts. :haha:

I use THAT excuse too for spending a crap load of money on parts. :haha::D

Looks great Kert!

Thanks Drey!

didn't get anything more done on it today. Did clean out the cab and box as I had planned but that was about it. Cab is all spacious again.

That thing is CLEAN on the inside. (after you removed the 200 cubic feet of boxes and miscellaneous crap of course :haha:) Can't wait to see the console buttoned up and the second seat in there.

Me too definitely!

there were enough plastic sacks in there to suffocate like 30 zombies

only 29 zombies. I don't need them anymore though. I have my umbrellas on the way!!;)

You know that thing turned out so nice, maybe I will send you the plans I have for mine and have you build it for me. It is not nearly as cool as yours, but it needs to be done. Guess I should quit web wheeling and actually get it built.

Besides Ebay , wheres a good place to get the white gauges? Its it just an overlay rights?

Not sure outside of ebay.

Mrk5, can you make the overlays? These were applied with water to allow fine positioning and then squeegee (sp?) the water out from underneath. Worked pretty well.

The back of the console hasn't been in a single photo. DUH obviously...

It's basically square with an outlet laying on its side down toward the bottom. I'll get a shot of that too. Pickup an outlet and screw it in tomorrow.

I like what's happening to this truck. I also have a crew cab I'm about ready to start building. Kert, I visited your web site and did not find the twin caliper set up. Is this a custom set up for your truck? If not I'm interested in a set for a 14 bolt. Keep up the good work and thanks for keeping my crew cab build a possibility.

On my rig we were experimenting with the dual caliper setup but trying to utilize some smaller calipers and parts matching ended up killing the project. I did get it set up on mine. I wouldn't want to sell a kit to anybody the way I ended up having to do it. Safe and all but too many compromises.

We have done another dual caliper bracket for a couple customers using the 3/4 ton calipers and these customers were sourcing their own setups for e brakes on the secondaries.
