Crews and worthy rigs Around the country

I want this so bad, apparently adult size and can go 60mph. But too pricey now. Its very cool.

2006 GMC 2500HD

@muddybuddy I know that you post BaT links every so often on this thread... do you ever look at GMT-800 stuff?

I am just curious what an actual market value would be on something like this. Outside of squarebody trucks, I think something like this is a real dream.

EDIT: I did find this one with a 6.0 that went for $35k in 2023. So maybe the price isn't as outrageous as I initially thought.

Here is a recent sale from couple months ago. Its a 6.0, but lower miles and super nice. Looks to have had very easy life. I’d say with the 8.1 its probably worth $5k on top, so call it low 30’s?

Hard to say, only takes 2 people who “have to have it”, and thats when they get bid way above market. Looking at this ones bid history, you can see at least 4 separate bidders between $26k-$28k, so that tells me thats probably close to true market value (dont forget 5% buyer premium on top).

Crazy low 9k mile 8.1 but regular cab, $30k

I want to take $5-6k out of my savings and come to Oregon in the worst way...
I'd probably be searching for a travelall instead of a square though lol .
Im pretty locked into my burb now unfortunately.

When you plan on this let me know, I have been finding a few travelall deals lately here in CA.
And these suburbans are ranging between $2500 and $5500 with the occasional $15000 or $30000

The wife and I have talked about selling or trading the Cutlass to get/fund a travelall or a 60's wagon of some sort.
If that ever happens I'll be searching that side of the country for sure :thumb:

I know one guy with 4 or 5 Travelalls and another with 10+...

If it's by the coast the air will cause rust issues @regal403
My k5 spent 4 years down in Brookings and left with rotten rockers and a pillars. Parked next to the boat basin for 2 of those years.
