I remember this one selling on a government surplus auction here in Nebraska. Was located at the Crescent Lake National Wildlife Refuge south of Lakeside, Nebraska. I was passing through the area when it was up for auction, but didn't even go look at it. I knew if I did, that I would try and buy it, but really didn't need it!
If I recall correctly, it came with a small water tank, pump, and hose for fire fighting.
And the miles are accurate and true, as the refuge maintenance shop had very concise maintenance and repair records on this pickup.
