Crews and worthy rigs Around the country

I wouldn't mind this for a daily driver. Pretty clean.

Seller's description

2001 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with the 8.1L. It has been a great truck and very reliable. Just looking to get something newer. It has a rough country 6 inch lift. I recently flushed the throttle body, brake system, and transfer case. Has new tie rods, idler arm, and stabilizer bar links. I also just put in a new stereo and it is wired for an amp/sub. Does not come with shell or stock wheels. It will come on the white wheels that are in the last photo.

Thats a good looking unit!

I am looking at this one for another member on Friday. If it was previously owned by a heavy smoker, I will give you first dibs ;)
The interior on that ‘89 was traaashed. The rest of it was solid but that carpet had gained life and died several times.

him saying you don't need a CDL if personal use is not true . NY state you need at-least a RV air brake endorsement on your license . and that big truck pulling any trailer just about would put your combined GVW over the 26k lb requirement for CDL-A .

I can't see the details and location because I don't have Facebook, but there's other states (OH and VA for instance, last I knew anyway) that if it's air brake and under 26k gvw, there's no CDL required. Put a trailer behind it and then it requires a CDL-A of course.

What year and engine is it?
