Crossmember with straight drag link?

Ok I'm thinking whiel I have the whole front clip off and plenty of access to the front xmember(well best its gonna get with motor), maybe I can replace it or modify it to accept a straight drag link for my crossover setup. Anyone have pictures of a modified one? Maybe drawing of what needs to be modified?
