Crossover done???Whiening box---First impressions

I notice the same after I did the crossover. The steering is a little tighter (harder to turn) than before and I get whining from the box. I have made sure that all the air bubbles have been removed, although I haven't really driven it since the conversion, other than around the block a few times to test it out.

I do however have a BIG tranny cooler from when I used to have a th350 and I think I'm going to use that for the p/s fluid cooler. I'll install that tomorrow and let you all know if that did the trick for me or not.

I am going to use the auto cooler in the rad, it is there may as well use it.
it will never put as much heat into the system as an auto would.

I have the -6 fittings just need the adapters for the pump and box, which means I have to decide on a pump
and to find the correct fittings for the rad to either adapt to -6 or have built into the line.
the cooler is on the far side of the truck so have yet to decide if hardline along the rad support is better then hydraulic hose
have to see if AN is the same or compatible with the standard steel fittings I want to use as the available adapters are -6AN, worse case I will trick tRusty into welding the fittings I want onto the box (dont tell him yet)

ScoobyDann, sorry I mistyped your email address, I think it is on the way now...
