Who all has done this? What arms did you use? How much money did you end up having to put into it? Is it worth the money to do it? I ask these questions cause I have the chance at a good deal on a flat top knuckle and was thinking of going to crossover or highsteer. So can I get everyones input on this. Oh yea and pictures of your setup would also be nice.

Thanks a Bunch

I am not a huge fan of highsteer. I personally just did crossover with a beefy tierod on my truck. My tierod is 3/8" thick. I would rather have the steering force on the area it was designed for and I would rather have the impact of rocks, tree trunks, etc on a replaceable object like a tierod instead of on the axletube. I have put some pretty hard licks on my tierod with no problems.

I used Sky Manufacturing for my steering arm. I highly recommend Sky, there customer service and products are top notch.

Interesting points... :D !

I got the knuckle from cheby truck parts in Santa Ana california.(shipped for 75$) the macine work cost 40$ from someone here(not sure if he wants publicity or needs more work so I will will him pipe up) the arms were the high lift Sky Manufacturing ones(around 200$ and look real nice and great to deal with) and the Drag links and tie rods I sourced through WFO for 400 for the tie rod ends and links... Of everyone I talked to WFO had the most experience and knowledge. they made it simple)

All in all around 700$ It was pricey but totally worth it.
