I have a 2.5" lift on and 82 K3500 and the ORD crossover set up works fine. I'm not a big wheeler, so I haven't flexed the hell out of the front end yet. But, I did look it over pretty well in the driveway and worked the suspension with the floor jack.
Steers nice now!
One little disclaimer. I did the suspension lift with Ranch springs about 15 years ago. I swear the lift was more than 2.5". When I called Rancho, they told me the stock front springs were notorious for sagging (true) and that's why it measured more than 2.5". But, I was told I shouldn't have to relocate my brake lines and I did if I didn't want to tear them off if my suspension ever fully extended.
If you'd like, we can compare measurments from the spring perches on the axle to the mouting surface of the stock bump stop ... or somewhere else that would give a good comparison of our suspension lifts.

It was on 1tons post and he had put in a genuine link. I didn't follow the link 'cause I got so hacked off following links on other sites that led to an advert!
but it does go to show that sponsored links suck!
