I don't quite understand what I will need for crossover. I have looked at the kit from ORD. I know I will need a 2wd box. If you can tell form my pic will I have to do anything else like machining or draglink or.......

one box opperates side to side, other is front to back
only option to retain the factory box and have cross over the passanger knuckle is to swap sector shafts, or use a custo or resplined pitman arm.
