i know they come with 10 bolts and 3.08 gears, do they come with any sort of locker in the rear, and what size tire can i run with those axles and a moderate foot?

i'd tell ya 31's cuz they are the best!! but then again I am currently mr 31's and u will more than likely wanna run bigger tires. you can run up to 35/36 with stock 10 bolts. i'm willing to bet the gov-loc will be ok in the 10b also. the military didn't change them over to detroits... so they musn't be all that bad

With a moderate foot you can use as big a tires as you want on them, with 3.08's, any tire size is pretty painful.

well i planned on doing gears say, 456, 488, or 513s, i just was wondering what a stock axle with gears and maybe a front locker could hold up to? maybe a 37/14.5 irok?
