CUCV Instrument Cluster Parts

Need the instrument cluster parts for an CUCV M1008 (pickup), the CUCV M1009 (Blazer) should be the same parts.
Only the civilian Instrument Lens appears interchangeable

Dash Bezel
Instrument Lens
Cluster Backing Plate

Thanks for the response, but no, that's a civilian dash bezel with aluminum trim installed.
The CUCV version has a plastic filler plate for the radio opening, a metal filler plate inside the right vent opening, and a horizontal oblong hole to the left of the light switch for the blackout light switches, and no trim.
My dash bezel is usable, but I really need the instrument cluster backing plate (w/4 dummy lights instead of gauges), instrument lens (w/o gauges), and 3 speed shift indicator.
I believe the backing plate, like the bezel, is CUCV specific.
