So I have some rear CUCV shackles with the brackets and even the bumper from a pickup. I sold the truck I was going to use them on, but I'd like to use them on my blazer. Can this be done?

The rear section of the blazer frame is straight like a pickup. I'd like to cut holes in my stock blazer bumper and use the shackles...

Different frame brackets. Different bends as the Blazer has the frame horns bending down and the pickup has the frame going straight back.

Hmmm, well, when around to it i'll have to see if I can "make" em work. Thanks for the reply

I have a M1009 that I will be stripping as it is real rusty. I have the rear frame shackle brackets you are looking for. It will be a while until I get them off but I will sell them for not much money if you are interested. You can just cut your current bumper for them to come out as the pickup rear bumper is a step bumper I believe.

Might just have to take you up on that. PM me when you get em off

I will try and do it sooner than later. It's out in front of my garage and I am going to pull the body and scrap it. The drive line is in excellent condition mechanically other than a rusted, leaking oil pan and rusty chassis. Plan on keeping it for parts for the one I'm building. I'll let you know.

Cool! Sounds good, man. Don't rush on my account. My build, if you can even call it one, is slow to stop based on cheap to free parts...
