CUCV Shackle Mount Mod

Been busy as hell today. I had an emergency procedures sim, where they just throw stuff at you for hours and you handle it, yada, yada, then went to chem class. I'm beat, but I couldn't just relax when I got home, so I did a little mod to my CUCV shackle mounts. I don't remember where I saw it, but someone on the board here did it first, so credit to that person, but I think they turned out pretty good. I'm getting them powdercoated tomorrow.

Looks much better that way. Very clean. I did the same thing, just I welded one side and then beat it down to fit and sprayed them with bedliner.
