The plan was to let it sit in the barn for the past five years.
As for the next five years? I plan to cut and reweld the flanges. But given how long it's been sitting I'm tempted to just put dorky spacers on those two lower bolts. The upper four bolts line up fine.
I think it took a piece 1/2” bar stock between the bumper and the flange. 85ish CUCV onto an 80 Jimmy.
