CUCV wiring question... its an easy one...

i converted my diesel wiring harness to a gas harness from a gas truck... there are only two wires dont match up... the kick down for the th400 and the fuel sender wire... i was wondering if anyone could tell me where they go in the firewall harness... like if you count over and then down on the firewall plug, they are little grids... i know they go in the portion of the plug that is closest to the center of the truck... BTW the truck is an '84...

i have looked at as many diagrams as i can find and cant seem to find any w/ a diagram of the firewall plug... need help!!!!

I just did the opposite. New gas wiring harnes from painless to rewire my cucv. Do you have wires coming off of the connector or are you installing wires onto it? Also, look in the diesel section in the sticky's. There is a link for military wiring diagrams which are the same (for the most part) as regular harnesses. If it helps the kick down should be orange and the sender should be (i think) pink.
