Coolest custom dash Ive seen so far was in a 72 pick-up I saw in a magazine several months back. It has a piece of smoked plexiglass the whole width of the truck/dash that had all digital gauges set behind it. It was totally blacked out when the truck was off. Looked very custom and very sleek. Not sure it would be so great for a offroad vehicle, but Im seriously considering the same thing for my low-rider truck.
