The dash in my 74 plow truck is very similar to the one pictured, custom built by the previous owner. It has stewart warner speedo, fuel gauge, vaccuum gauge, oil press, volts gauge, and a tach. The guy who installed it was a real butcher though--seems every wire was an inch too short,so he spliced em all, there is electrical tape and wire nuts, even a 7 prong trailer connector under the dash, and he stuck nails into the original printed curcuit wire harness to tap in the wires to the gauges and turn signal indicators(which are LED's!).Too bad he did a nice job on the dash, but really butched the harness to hook it up--it wouldn't have been too hard to have done it right, not that many wires--I saved a complete wiring harness and a stock dash to put it back to stock, but 10 years later,I still havent changed it!.The truck is ready for recycling now,so it probably wont get changed!. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
