I'm looking to cut about 6-7* into my zero rates. I'll be sending them to you soon. My question however, is I'm running the axle 1.5" forward position. Will cutting the zero rate down cause any pin/bolt clearance problems with the spring perch or any additional small shim I might need?

Thanks

thay to make special washers just for center pins to make them longer when needed for special fit aplications.

but i dont care for reg center pins that are cheep grade bolts. i make mine out of grd 5 bolts and round the hex hed off to fit in the hole tight.

also when shipping them back or buying new and just moding them and reselling the reg ones. make sure to tell them you want 1.5" forward hole used so the angle milled in is on the correct way.

just not sure how the block will bolt to the leaf pack if the countersunk hole is gone because of the degree. I need the backside of the block cut to get the pinion to rotate upwards, unfortunately that's where the bolt is. The center pin is out of harms way.

Just not sure how I'm going to correct the angles AND get the crossover draglink spaced up more. Cutting the blocks seemed like the only way.

dont forget wedges in the front mess with caster and sometimes to much to create death wobble or steering problems on dd use rigs.
