I'm gonna be cutting this off today and need to know where to cut it to keep it usable for someone.

Also the rear fenders on a blazer are spot welded on correct? I can't find any bolts to remove them so where would I cut those to keep them usable as well?

On the windshield frame, cut it as low as possible, that way there will be more then is needed to graft it on to something else.

The rear quarters are welded and bolted, at least the newer ones are, the bolts are in the rear wheel wells . Spot welds are EVERYWHERE else.
