Ok, so ive been putting a lot of wrenching into the 94 blazer. Got the trans rebuilt, put a new water pump in, ended up with a bad tstat, etc.

I have a bad cv boot on the passenger side, and cracking motor mounts.

How hard is the CV shaft to change? Any special tools? It looks like i would need a socket for the hub nut, or whatever it is called.

my chiltons manual doesn't really tell me very much.

Also, how hard are motor mounts to change? I have no idea how to do this - do you have to have a motor hoist, or can you jack it up from underneath some how?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

Anyone know typical billable hours for getting motor mounts done if i cant' tackle them myself?
