i dont have any pics but i have a cv shaft out of a 1979 f350 and one end is a 1330 (i think) its smaller than a 1350 (have a 1350 yoke sitting there) but larger than a 1310 the sv appears to be the same size...anyone got an idea??

how strong are the 1330's...my buddy wheels with 44s and 1350s and hasnt broken a u-joint yet (mabye lucky) but how well will they hold up??

what do you think will be??

Inners/outers and u-joints on the front 60, especially 30 spline stuff or lockouts.
You won't break the ring and pinion (high pinion is :pimp:), but that can show up as a weak point with low pinion front axles.

It depends on how hard you are on it, lots of people run 44's on a front 60 and keep it pretty reliable.

im will be running 35spline stuff though...i think i will break the 30spline stuff like a tig....

what im thinking about doing is this

i think my front driveline is actually gonna be longer or just as long as my rear with the doubler/spacer and 700r so what im thinking is taking the rear 1350 drive shaft (off that same truck) use the ends for a square front (non cv) and use the cv shaft (get it lengthened) for the rear...

while my truck is not a street truck i do have to drive it to the trail head

If you are running drive flanges and a square front shaft you will have vibes (though it depends on how fast you want to go).

Are you using a 14 bolt rear? Can you get a 1330 yoke for a 14 bolt? Is there a 1330/1350 conversion joint?

vibes i know about i will prolly only fut the actuall flange in at the trail head...

as far as the u-joint hadnt even looked into that yet...just pondering things in my mind

Is it me or do front driveshafts look weaker than the rears typically? FWIW, there is a conversion joint for 1310 to a 1330. 1330 to 1350 seems possible. I run the 1310 to 1330 on my jeep with an HP44 up front.
