Is it true that the d60 sits a lil higher than a d44/10bolt? Thought I read b4 the difference is as much as 3/4"
I'm not understanding this quote. What I'm getting is you're thinking the pumpkin side is taller than the drivers side perch? The driver side perch is the same height as the passenger side.Will ORD machine down there zero rates a bit? Or do folks just deal with it?

No I'm talkin the front end of the truck will sit higher than the rear as a result of the d60 adding height. being that I would like to add zero rates front and rear possibly a 3/4 in the rear to balance offset.I'm not understanding this quote. Thanks, never thought about that nut sitting in the pocket, makes sense.He wants the benefit of the zero rate repositioning the axle but not the total added height when combined with the additional from the D60 too.
@digity i doubt you could go any useable amount thinner on the zero rate because you need a minimum thickness plus the nut inside the pocket.
Thanks, first I've heard/seen this as an option.skip the zero rate .
buy the slotted upper spring ubolt plates .
then drill new hole 1" forward on pass side .
then new perch on pass side as stocker is most times beat up and hogged out center hole.
this will move it forward .

Gotcha now. If you wanted something thinner than the zero rate but not worried about moving the axle forward or backwards, JKW makes thicker shims if you desired a taper.
