If I wheel my daily driver and do some dmage to it, I will post about it. I have seen tons of body damage posts on here. I can think of at least one by Steve himself, was he bragging his body damage? People replied to that with, ouch, and nice carnage. Cause its Shawn hes bragging and an [censored] though right?
 
Damn, if no one gets it, then forget it. Its the fact that hes done it repeatedly to really clean trucks, does not care about it, then brags about it on here all the time. If I knew everyones panties would get in a bunch I never would have said anything, what I said is between him and me, and none of you need be involved.

I am done with this post, any of you guys need to bitch about what I said some more, take it to PMs, good day.

I'm with you 100% blueblazer! We ARE lucky to not have to deal with rust out here.

And to think I get so much crap for not beating my rust free K5 to death. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif That has always been my argument, why destroy something that is in good clean shape, thats why I wanted/want to restore mine completely. I like to play in the mud a little but wouldn't screw around with those rocks in fear of destroying my K5 that is in clean shape. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

As for Shawn's money, he works for all of it, GREAT! i work my butt off for mine too but I'm not stupid enough do go out and destroy my earnings. He will get what he is in for one day....he will wake up and relize he waisted all his money over the last few years on messing with trucks and he will have nothing to show for it but a pile of junk.
 
If it was a purpose built trail rig like mine it'd be one thing.

Bashing a rust free, nice, daily driver capable rig is stupid beyond saying.

this is exactly why i have decided not to replace my cab corners, doors, front fenders, rocker panels, or the large piece of swiss cheese that is my bed floor. beat it within an inch of its life, then strip it for parts for the next one. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
 
I'm sorry dude, but you have wasted at least three more good trucks than I can afford. Go out, have fun, and senselessly destroy perfectly good vehicles, but please don't tell the world about it. All it does it breed hate.

i'd be jealous too if i couldn't have that much fun after spending all that time on my rig

Depends on ones definition of fun. For me...
destroying something I just spent a chunk of money and time on = very upseting and disgusted.

Letting everyone see one's paint skills (that he seems to possess) and impressing everyone with a super clean restored classic that makes your average enthusiast take notice with envy...fun.
