Anybody know if the Dana44 came with different size axleshafts? I'm wondering cuz I pulled the long shafts out of two of my 44's and they are different diameter? I thought they were all standard.

I'm pretty sure the "small" diameter on all of them are the same... haven't seen any that weren't. I know the "large" diameter varied a little because not all the shafts were the same on the three D44s I've parted out over the years.
