Hey, well i just finished putting on my dana 60 up front, and when i went to bolt on the 15 in. wheels the wouldn't even clear the caliper brackets. I dont have calipers on the truck yet and i thought that was the only part that needed grinding to fit? Did i install them on wrong? They look normal. Anyways here is a couple pics to kind of show you what i'm talking about. In the pics, the wheels are 16.5" rollers,..

You can't assemble the the rest of the outer if you put them on wrong. That is if they will even line up backwards. How much you have to grind depends on wheel backspacing.

They're on right, I had to grind about 1/4" off of the brackets and calipers to fit 15" wheels w/ 3.5" backspacing.

so you do have to grind down the brackets then too? For some reason i thought it was just the calipers, but i guess i misunderstood.

I had to grind both my brackets and calipers.

cool, just out of curiosity do you have any pics of where you ground down the brackets, or did you just grind where it was hitting? I dont have a caliper to mock up so grinding them to much would probably not be good..
