Does anyone know if ORD's Dana 60 Crossover steering conversion will interfear with the factory sway bar. And If I would have to remove it, will the crossover conversion make up for some of it's absence

You will have to remove it completely. As of now, no one I know of figured out how to use a swaybar with the crossover system. The good news is you probably won't need it anyway, I have been running without a swaybar for a month and the difference is non existent on my truck, with 4" HD Tuff Country springs.
