Our plates are laser cut from 5/8" thick cold rolled steel
We machine a 6 degree bevel around the bolt surfaces to allow for the shims associated with lifted springs. This removes the stress on the ubolts and especially the two bolts on the passenger side which will bend when tightened without the machined relief.
