what diameter is the ubolt on the passenger side?
i cant get an accurate reading with my calipers, im getting like 3 3/4" for around the pumpkin.

4" inside diameter to fit around the pumpkin housing.

3 1/4" inside diameter to fit on the driver side tubes. Some have measured 3 1/8" but I believe 3 1/4" will fit better.
