My bro is currently installing kert's dana 70 disc kit. So far it looks like the hummer rims will still fit. I will post pics of the installation later this week

They fit, but with a little modification. Pics this weekend. And maybe a technical write-up

Mods required, sounds like the ID of my flange was a little too snug. Working with this currently. Need to determine if the HD is a different size or if I just cut too tight. If its definitely a different size, I'll add an HD kit to the website.

Caliper bracket ears were tight. I hate to make these too loose. Seems the caliper castings can vary a bit from piece to piece.

Will a D70 Kit fit on a D80 Hybrid from a 98 Dodge? I think the D80 hybrid is a D80 center section with D70 outers but I don't know for sure. I have a D80 Hybrid out of my Dodge CTD that I am going to use in my buggy buildup & want to do discs on the back.

The Dana 80 flange is much larger than the 14FF/HD70 flange. The retaining bolts are huge on a D80 ! The D80 stuff is in a different catagory ; atleast they are on the disc brake housings. It can be done but you will need to fab up a different flange bolt arangement.

I will be in contact when I am ready to tackle that project. It will be awhile though.Harley
