The bolts with you ez inch kit need about a 1/4 inch more thread on them to work on the front springs.

No biggie though.
Anyone know what the size and pitch is on the bolts so I can run to austin bolt supply and have them thread it down a little more?

Bring the old one and have them put them in a thread chart :waytogo:

Are you talking about the center pin? The 6" long one???

It's an M10 x 1.0 =)
shweet.

We don't use any metric hardware. If we're talking about the center pin, its 3/8" National fine.

The "surrogate" center pin (allen head bolt) is 3/8" national coarse.

gotta be talking about the center pin though. The allen head doesn't have much to do with the spring itself.

I want to see some pics with a tape measure next to the pack!!

Your spring pack has to be thicker than 4 5/8" for the center pin to be too short.

OH snap.... I get it, your running out of thread... OK, now I understand. I'll see what I can do about this tomorrow.

yup. I'll grab some shorter leaves from a 52 inch pack to take up some room and attempt to put some arch in my front springs. No biggie. But a front or rear option when ordering would be cool, or I guess just some more thread on the bolt.

But like I said, it's no biggie, just a small inconvenience since I had the front pulled apart before I noticed.

And thanks for the thread type, I would have f'd them up.
