Got death wobble really bad a few weeks ago. Turns out I hit a concrete pylon offroad benind my tie rod. Went to junk yard, got one off a military k5. stuck on, now has wobble beggining to happen at 35ish mph. Is this coming from the fact I haven't alogned the front (tires visibly look toed out) or should I use my old, supposedly newer tie rod ends?

You need about 1/4-3/8" toe in. Measured from center of tire ft to center of tire back. Lean towards more since you are running bigger than 35's.

That's way more toe in than I have ever heard of. Mine is at 1/8" and works fine.

I'm sure your alignment is off and is causing the DW.
