Decision Time! My humble build! "Flexed" it, 5/21/09!

looks great, glad you've got it on the road! keep it up, gives me some incentive to keep working on mine:D

Thanks, I've been working and waiting since the end of Sept. Now I gotta drive it. It gets registered on Monday.!:saweet::woot:

Way cool !! :saweet::woot: Sorry to hear about the tranny in the jeep, but the Blazer is looking great !!!!

Thanks you guys. I still don't know what to do with the Jeep. It's been a great winter driver, very reliable up till now. I was going to let my step-daughter drive it as her first car. Pretty generous, huh, 200,000 mi. "Here you go honey, have fun with it! Fix it when you can!":haha::eek1:

Well, I just spent the whole afternoon chasing a short I never found. But...after totally dismantling my dash and steering column, then putting it all back together, everything works again.

I haven't been out in the mud yet, but I may still do so. I still gotta pick up all my tools, then we'll see.

While I was at it, I found my speedometer cable melting on my headers, along with the plug from the 700r4. Both are now out of the way. I would like to get a shorter cable, but that will have to be on hold till I get a vacuum gauge. I only want to take the dash apart one more time if I can help it.

That's all till later.

Thanks, the hood is glass, made by Harwood. It's not a perfect fit, but pretty close. It was on the truck when I bought it.

i bought a steel one but i like that one , i might have to look into it...

I think the steel one is probably the way to go. But then again, I haven't had any probs with mine. The edges don't quite match the top of the fender, there is a little hump to it.
