Did the 454 get a 4l80e behind it in 91? I know the 3/4 ton 4x4 350 models did.
Seems like a sin to part out something in that condition....with paint, it would be a clean ride.....

I'd have a hard time not just converting that to 4 wheel drive. Shouldn't be hard. The trans can be converted to a 4x4 trans for less than $10, drop in an axle up front, bolt on a TC and bam once heck of a deal and truck.

That electric brake controler must have been the sheeott back then, because I've had 3 subs with that same controler. Oh, nice find.
I vote for the keep it together and convert it to 4x4 easier and less work and one day you will want a Burb, for some unknown reason `

Well I've already got a dedicated wheeler, which is more manuverable than the burb, and it could use a better motor. I've also got a 4x4 tow rig, which serves its purpose and then some. So there's really no room for the burb, I hate to say. I have been cruising around in it the last few days, trying to enjoy it while I can.
