Detroit Locker Noise ?????

I put a detroit soft locker in my 14 bolt and I can't even hear it engage.
I had a lot of noise in the detroit when I had the 465. You would have thought something had broken or fell from underneath the truck /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif. With the th400 you would only notice it slightly. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Must be because y'all have blazers and subs and I have a truck. Somehow the noise never makes it back into the cab.
