Did some fender and core support cutting!! **PICS**

After moving my frontend forward about 3.5" I decided I better give the tires some room in front /forums/images/graemlins/hack.gif... they should clear the firewall fine now!
Here are a few different angles of how it turned out. I ditched the 79 headlight bezels and put some 76 ones on so I didn't have to try and cut them. The blinkers will get put behind the grill.

Looking good. Your shackle angle is perfect. Mine is a little to far over and there isn't any engine weight on it yet. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

How did you move the axle 3.5" forward?
I'm planning on the 52" springs in the front and I know they move it like 1.5"-2" forward.

2" w/ the 52's, and 1.5" w/ the zero rates.

Yeah, that headlight bucket is bent all to Sh!t and pointing off toward the right side of the road. The left headlight wont even go back in the truck, so I have to replace all of the bucket/etc...
She is starting to take shape again after the axle swap/suspension swap/rollover...but she still has a ways to go.

Yea I like having a CHEVY also im jusy not sure you have much left that says chevy /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif
Just leave it how it is, it gives the truck "character" /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Shackles are 7 1/4 from hole to hole and the mounts are moved forward 3" in the frame. I think I am somewhere around 6" of lift, or in that general area.
