Diesel + Nos =

That would not be ideal...that one is a Hummer H1 intake which would turn your air cleaner 90 degrees to where it is now. It's also lower IIRC so the stock air cleaner may not fit at all.

Look for "J" code, 3/4 ton and one ton's had them stock.

Ahem. I believe what you meant to say was, "For those of you who prefer to use correct grammar." Thank you.

I was told propane injection is the bomb for diesels.. plus you can get it at any rv place and some gas stations.... not the same with NOS... also people dont know this but some states require you to have a permit to carry a NOS bottle... it is an explosive....

Nitrous is not flamable, its a catalist that helps you burn alot of fuel. The pressurised tank could be deadly but "Nitrous explosions" are usually gas explosions due to faulty solinoids.

Tell that to my uncle's buddy that blew a few rods on his 7.3L running Nitrous...

Nitrous nor Propane is the way to good HP on Diesels IMO. More air and fuel are the keys, a turbo and turning the pump up are the best options. Nitrous may not be AS dangerous in a Diesel but it can still do damage. Besides, wouldn't you rather have power all the time not just when you hit the button or decide to fill the bottle up(not free).
Nitrous oxide essentially adds air. The difference is it isn't as smooth as injectors or a fueling boxes. Nitrous oxide can be violent, everyone knows that, and it's usually the huge jump in power that breaks the motor.

It's the same as with a gas engine, with less danger. Since you can't melt down the pistons from leaning the motor out like a gas engine, and usually the stouter bottom ends can handle it. The Dodges don't usually have problems, sorry about your friends Fords. It isn't the first PSD that I have heard of flying apart on the squeeze.
