I think its time for diff covers for the 60/14 but im not sure what is the best out there. i like the missouri offroad ones due to the drain plug- and the fact that they are added capacity and beefy. Any other suggestions and if so gimme a link or phone # please. Thanks Ryan

I got from the guy on Ebay (with the backhoe pushing down on one) man this thing is BEEF.

i have a MOO 14b cover for one truct and a CRANE 14b cover for my blazer... I like the CRANE. DAVE over at rokmen.com has them for 193.95. I will buy a CRANE d60 cover when I can.

I've got a Crane cover on a D44 and Blue Torch cover on a 12bolt, and I like the Crane the best by far. If they made one for the 12bolt, I would have one on the rear. I know they make them for D60 and 14b.

my friend has CRANE covers on hix jeep XJ and those things rock!! he also spent almost $400 for a D30 and ford 8.8"....

I bought my crane from rokmen.com, when it showed up I found it had two pretty big holes in it, casting porosity. I called dave at rokmen, he said he had never seen or herd of any casting problems and he would take care of the problem. he contacted crane, they called me said no problem, we will ship you a new one and a return ship tag, so i could ship the bad one back. my new cover was fine and i got a t shirt, stickers, and a crane key chain bottle opener for my trouble. dave at rokmen called me to make sure i was sastisfied and was very apoligetic as was the crane guy i talked to, i forgot his name, he was one of the crane family. rokmen and crane are first class in my book.

I have seen them used in some magizines too.

Does the crane cover allow you to shave a 14 bff??

Yep. Also, they are made of 4340 chromoly steel and have an unconditional lifetime warranty.

unless you're rich, go with Great Lakes Offroad. They sell on ebay and are active over on pirate. I have one of their covers on my ff14b. Its shave-friendly and I am definitely gonna get one of their D60 covers when I scrounge up the $ for a new one. They only cost $100-120ish. Cheaper than quite a few of the 'high end' ones, and they also have a lifetime guarentee.

I have a bluetorch on my 14 bolt, nice piece. When I swap in my 60/70 combo I think I'll buy Kurt's (DIY) kits.

Here's the best picture I can find of the Crane cover on my D44:
