Can you post some photos of that sway bar and its mounting? I haven't see the blazer setup, only the 2wd.

Here's all it is...

The u-bolt top plates have a large bolt to hold the sway bar.

The only thing that's even remotely hard is creating the pivots for the center of the bar. A small "box" structure under each of those clamps welded to the front crossmember is all it takes.

Oh! I saw one of these for sale dirt cheap somewhere recently but wasn't sure it was correct. Darn.
 
They should be easy to find for almost free....

Most of the guys pull them off when they decide to be "hardcore" and usually just throw them away.

Or, you could always hit up the Pick-N-Pull.
