The ones I have http://tsmmfg.com/3110.htm have the bracket as part of the brakes. The piston is not a screw type piston so there is no self adjusting feature to them.

Ah, I do have the larger calipers #3120 but thought they both had a ratchet type mechanism for the ebrake? I had the 3110's on my 12bolt and I admit I never got it to hold very well so maybe I'm wrong about that?
