The 79-85 work great on a 12-bolt conversion. I don't know if the disc diameter and thickness is different for the 12-bolt or 14 bolt, but I can measure mine (12 bolt) for you to compare.
The 79-85 calipers also do not always come with ebrake levers. I had to go to a wrecking yard and pull some off an eldorado. There seems to be tons of them so it wasn't hard. Plus if you do this, you can use the calipers for the core charge when you buy new ones.
It's a pretty straightforward conversion and well worth it. You'll like it. If you need a ebrake lever (1), let me know. I have an extra one since only one of the calipers I bought had a lever on it.
