Is it just me or does that Gas tank look odd. And also the filler neck looks like it is on the wrong side.

Is that tank from some other truck and do you have something out of the ordinary planned for the fill tube?

The whole frame is from another year. The body mounts are in different spots too.

so you plan on putting a '74 frame under a '72 body?

I was under the impression that there were enough differences in the frames to make that a royal nightmare to pull off.

do you have any shots of the 2 frames next to each other? I'd love to see the progress as you work to pull this off.

some progress and parts

i still dont know how to make small pictures

you'd either have to adjust your camera to take smaller pictures (easiest way for me) or use a program to change the size.

I have separated the bed from the fire wall and I am about to fabricate the beam that has the back cab body bushings and floor unless anyone knows of a place that makes them. the drilling out of the spot welds on the new floor is going to make me sad because it is so nice

this thing is making may girl friend lonely but i have made progress in my eyes the floor pan is attached to the tow board along with kick panels and a pillar bottoms

I am going to atempe to make the back of the floor pan with the body mounts in it from scratch give me luck
