When I did mine, I used a set of BDS bushings I had here. I had to turn them down just a touch to fit in the hole.

Wayne, youre bushing had a 1/2" shoulder on each side correct?

I believe it was a 1/2", I never measured. I just checked them to make sure they were the same width as the spring bushings and make sure they would work. I turned them down using a drill and sandpaper.
