Last summer I rebuild my TH400 with a pretty harsh lift kit. Since then I have replaced the motor mounts twice. Well, I wised up and had Kert send me a set of his performance motor mounts. I installed them yesterday and they are awesome! The install went without a hitch - very easy! All the hardware was perfect and quite hefty. Now when I power brake, the frame trists up like a semi :). I can see some new u-joints in my future.

Pff another satisfied customer of Kurts. No surprise at all!

Infact I'm gonna go look at the mounts your talking about for my 6.2 swap :D

dont forget to swap the tcase/tranny mount to poly like the motor mounts are now.

you are not supost to mix them with rubber like oem stuff.

Why not? And what if I wait for a bit to change the other mount?

Just be easy on it and you'll be all right. but he's right you need to swap to a Poly T-case mount or you can brake the trans case or the adapter.

that tranny did shift kinda hard!

you could twist and bind your transmission and adapter and crack them due to the diffrent flex out of the diffrent bushing
