If you're talking about the brake booster then no not unless you want to stand on the brake pedal in order to stop.

Anyways you NEED the power booster

ok sorry to make this so confusing. Im talking about the can on the driverside of the radiator. i believe this is a vacuum reservoir am i wrong?

That is your charcoal canister and i would recommend keeping it hooked up.

what does this do? And do i just hook it inline with the vacuum lines? i really have no idea what this thing is but the entire engine bay was stripped and im trying to hook up this new motor...

The charcoal canister has a vacuum line from the carb/TBI going to it and also another vent line that goes to your gas tank and also a line that says purge (forget where that line goes). Removing the charcoal canister could cause the gas tank to implode (suck in).
